ACTIVITIES at Landfall Farm include swimming or lazing by the pool, and walking in the adjacent fields or around the pond (with or without our dog, "Sam"). Nearby are golf courses, tennis courts, conservation areas with walking trails, zoos, historical museums, and The Great Blue Heron Casino. Lake Scugog offers boating, canoeing, fishing competitions and sportfishing for bass, pickerel, muskelung, etc. Public boat launching facilities are available. (We have ample parking space for boat trailers).

Wintertime offers ice fishing and skating on Lake Scugog and downhill or cross-country skiing nearby. Other local activities are numerous and varied including country fairs, theatre, auction sales, "Canoe the Nonquon" Canoe Race, The Highland Games, classic car events, and lots more.
